After waiting 20 minutes, asking for help multiple times, multiple pages overhead for help & everyone saying “oh no! That’s not my area it’s another guy”, even customer service desk dismissed us & told us to look & ask someone “over there” we finally found someone at a cash register who went out of her way to finally get us what we needed! Thank you Caitlin for going above & beyond to help us. This store gets 2 stars but Caitlin gets 5 stars in my book!
Uneducated people work there that don’t know the products you sell. Why wood you sell so much wood but not sell wood filler??
i love home depot, go there often, staff is wonderful and knows where everything is,and will walk you to what you need,love the garden center the best
I went to purchase an item that was less on amazon (directly not third party) and would not give me the price match. The manger informed me that don't price match with amazon even though it says it competes with online prices longs it meets criteria. Well not shopping here anymore because now this store makes up policies
