I feel HD has taken a huge nose-dive in their strongest area - Customer service. I have found it increasingly difficult to get anyone to help me in several departments after repeated requests on my last 10 visits. To add INSULT to injury, while I was struggling to get an associate to help me on MANY of these occasions, I was subjected to lengthy announcements on the overhead PA system - in SPANISH!! I was trying to go to the self-checkout. And my Samsung pay wasn't working. So I waited 7 minutes while the two attendants there kept talking. I asked for help. And they told me to wait. finally Juliana came over and she said "it doesn't work here." I started I use it all the time. she walked away from me, then went to get a scanner for someone at another machine and then told the other girl she was going to lunch. And walked away. Is this really how you treat your customers at self-checkout?
