Lines always 10miles long. I like hd but i shop at orchard hardware. Competitive prices. HD always employess overworked. Not knowledge able because of high turn over it appears and long lines Always. Even the kiosks long lines
There was only one regular lane open and 4 self checkouts. However, the self checkouts didn't print receipts and half were card only. After 30 minutes I finally get to the head of the regular cashiers checkout lane and the PVC pipe I had to purchase. The cashier then says.. Oh there's no barcode, and calls for a price check. One employee came to the regular cashiers lane after being summoned. He looks the PVC pipe and says why are calling me this isnt my department..really? It is a mad house all the time..staff is not organized.
