I opened a credit card on August 2 of 2021 with Home Depot in your store Pompano Beach . Checked out a motorized drain snake. The guys who helped me in the morning were great, except they could have reminded me that the rental was for 4 hours and that I would be charged an extra $30 if I didn't get it back in time, OK, that one was on me because you're supposed to pay attention when you rent certain items. I waited an hour to get a shower pan that was on the top, i had to talk to 3 attendants, 2 machine operators and the manager. It is not the first time that I go through this, home depot does not care about its clients. they are only worried about our money
