We live in Panama and getting needed items or quality goods is near impossible. We visit Home Depot on every visit. Even better is I can order online and either ship it to family members or pick it up from the store
I ordered cabinets 3/19 ...they were delivered 4/13..the pantry cabinet broke some where in the warehouse so it was stapled and shipped out to me...the stain on the cabinets varies from light to dark...plus the reorder will take another 2 to 3 weeks...

We had a very bad experience yesterday trying to buy a washer/dryer until we got a great manager, Lori Ann, involved. Today, we had unbelievably great customer service from Greg in Appliances and from Beca (who found the Christmas tree I wanted that wasn't under the display) and lugged that tree herself to deliver to me in appliances. Greg and Beca kept us as customers. Thank you!

You guys have a sign that says "Leaky roof? Call for a free estimate." Apparently this is BOGUS! It's only an attempt to sell you a new roof, you have no intention of fixing a leaky roof that you didn't install! Way to false advertise! Buyers, beware of this funny sign!
