Went on Sunday 11/26 the Holiday area was crazy �... looking for simple hooks to hang icicle lights from my gutters... no one knew where they were I see less and less help. I guess you want more on line shopping and pick up at the store . When I did that suddenly the hooks were on line and went today to get them Two trips for an item that I should have found the first time I was there!
Sharlene Petersen in the carpet department was a delight. She was well versed in the types of carpets, explained warranties and answered every single question I had - never making me feel like a total carpet dummy - which I am. I wish there was a Sharlene in every department!!!
The Hatian beauty at my check out was really helpful, helped with my checkout as i did not know how do self check out dwl. Rain all day but i was happ.
Es una tienda que tiene de todo pero falta personal para atender a los clientes. No hay quien ayude a las damas a cargar cosas pesadas, especialmente en el área de jardín.
