I was very disappointed in the clerk that I asked for help me n my son to find screws, she was very rude off the start. I value great customer service because im also in customer service and sh3 needs to go to a class. The gentleman that called her to help said she's like that to everyone. No stars for her. She needs to get a job that she doesn't have to deal with people, She has mo skills.

CSRs were helpful to direct me to where to find the items I needed, the self-checkout were a problem in regard to certain stuff had multiple different barcodes and the receipt printer not working. I shouldn't be doing someone's job...
Love the kids clinics. Have been to orher hds but they dont do certificates and pins. The staff is so great at kings canyon
Just went in for a piece of lumber, a garden hose and a paint brush. Not once did anyone ask to help me. Took me 15 minutes to find the right wood not next to the lumber aisle... ok. Hunted down everything and got out. Only went cause it was close. Will not go again. Lowe’s is better.
They really need to do a compete rethink of the crap employee's they hire. One hard working older man and the rest are lazy disrespectful and quite useless.
Great place to take a siesta!
It took over 45 min to get service. Horrible!! Finally a mAnager helped. A coworker came out to help load the concrete and said "I thought I wAs going to get out of doing this, I only have 10 min left till I'm off work ". WTH! He was ignoring the service call. Bad, horrible customer service.
Refused to honor online price for a paint sprayer which was $20 more in the store.
