Do not buy any extended warranty for your appliances. We have been without a washing machine for 5 months now because of their crappy repair team they contract out and the manufacturers are clueless to what is going on. Been getting a run around from the warranty company and the washing machine manufacturer.
Just got the best service. A gentleman asked us if we needed help. The gentleman not only loaded all the paneling we bought onto the cart but cut it in half for us. ( We are handicap and half sizes are easier to handle.) There was two that were broken so he talked to the manager and got us a discount on the price. Much better service than we received at Lowes.
