I bought a Cub cadet snowblower three weeks ago and discovered that it didn't have an oil cap. I was told from home Depot that it was ordered and it would be 8 to 10 days till they got it. Here we are 3 weeks later and I still don't have it and I was told by customer service that I have to go to Cub cadet to get it! Absolutely piss poor! Next time I'll be going to Lowe's for sure!
RecommendedThe man that waiting on us to put our order in was awesome.Up at checkout the girl that check us our very friendly,but with us talking we all made a mistake and forgot to pick up a bag.She was very professional and would recommend her a raise.
If I could do less than one star, I would. The WORST customer service and the most incompetent people in the carpet department. They made a huge error in our order and were nothing but rude and condescending to us when the error was realized. Three months later, still not resolved! I will never set foot in your store again and will be returning over $800 in merchandise this weekend. You'd think with Lowes across the street, you'd try and retain business. Lowes gained a loyal customer today, good riddance Home Depot!
their service is horrible. I was there to purchase 50 sheets of drywall . talked to 3 seperate employees that were too busy to help me . ( apparently standing around is very tough ) So i went to Lowe's. and while i was there i ordered 9 kitchen cabinets for my remodel along with my drywall
Their installation company "RAS" is the most poorly run business I've ever encountered. Their lackluster approach to everything is disgusting. I called to have a dish washer installed and the guy doesn't bring the correct parts. TWO WEEKS LATER (rescheduled twice) it was supposed to be installed today... called them again at noon and they said it's not coming until tomorrow. We'll see if that actually happens. Did you know that if you are not active military or have retired with 30 years of service and have a card, you do not qualify as a veteran for the military discount at home depot stores? According to the associate if you have 20 or even 25 years of service with the military, you're not a veteran according to them. my grandkids like the day at home depot, they had fun doing the craft. It was nice for the lunch.
