This store does not carry materials I needed on line or in store Lowe's does not have to worry they are both short staff.. Short on materials and you can't buy them on line either. So much for trying to complete my project
Bought dishwasher and microwave from home depot on 4/1. Delivered both 4/15,both damaged. Returned 4/21 to install both again. Installed both. Came back an hour later. We installed the wrong dishwasher. Took new one out, put old one back. Delivery guys cancel order, so have to reorder. Now delivery is set for 5/8. Oops, called today, dishwasher is back ordered and won’t be in until 5/19. Yup. 6 freaking weeks. Argh!
I am going to have to start going to @lowes from now on. They discount their flowers and trees not throw them away.
Four months ago we ordered a Storage Building because we needed one. We have made three payments and still Need a storage building. We have contracted the installer and Home Depot. Pictures were sent to the installer three times and they sent someone out who told us about two problems that we did not know about. We are still waiting. The Contractor use a sub-contractor and no one checked the work. WE WILL NEVER GO TO HOME DEPOT TO HAVE ANOTHER PROJECT DONE.
Still waiting on a call-back from Shirley after my fridge was delivered and all of the shrink wrap was left on. Turns out they subcontract this out and they can't get in touch with the delivery people. Meanwhile, I literally live 1.5 miles away, they could have sent someone here and back 5 times with a razor to remove the wrapping.
Bought a "new" string trimmer head. When I got home and opened it you could tell that it had been used and used heavily. Had to now make second trip back to the store to return it. Guess I'll go across the street to Lowe's and get what I need there instead.
I usually never post reviews but I have to commend the customer service at this store! Roxanne in flooring was impeccable and the store manager actually thanked me for buying there. Finally some place got it right!
