Terrible service at the windows and blinds department!!They installed expensive electronic blinds and cannot find a technician to repair- have to replace whole blind???RIDICULOUS!!Other outfits install and repair!
RecommendedWe went into Home Depot in Apex, NC this morning to look for a microwave oven replacement. Luis Garcia assisted us with retrieving the unit we chose and entered the information into their system to complete our purchase. Luis was one of the most courteous and helpful associates we have encountered at a Home Depot store. He made our experience pleasant and refreshing. Put a new process in place for answering telephone calls. The current one is a very poor reflection of your otherwise very good service at that store.

The customer service at the Apex store is at rock bottom. It's can't get worst. This is a reflection on Home Depot and the Apex store manager!
I do NOT recommend the Home Depot store. The store does NOT give year round discounts to veterans. They claim to give a discount to vets only certain days of the year. Lowes Hardware goes the extra mile and gives vets a discount every day of the year. And Lowes recognizes the State of NC drivers license veterans designation. Home Depot does not. So I recommend we all buy only at Lowes Hardware. And support Lowes!
Deceptive (perhaps fraudulent) advertising in the store about “free installation” of appliances. See sign below. We were told this deal does NOT include installation or accessories despite what it says). Odd. And the remaining (installation + haul away) fees of $160 exceed the competitors fees for (delivery + installation +’accessories + haul away). Not much of a deal, to say the least.
Customer service sucks at Apex NC store.. I rented a truck and returned with gas tank indicator showing full. Customer service person arguing that gas tank needle need to be still complete full. he said it will costs me about six dollars for the gas. I said ok as I was sick of arguing with him. then he charged me about $10. when I asked him why $10 and he says I do not know and that is the charge. he was rude and I was sick of arguing with him and finally paid $10 for the gas. It is a huge rip off.
I ordered a product online and my husband who is a veteran went in to pick it up. He assumed he could get his 10% discount especially because it was Veteran’s Day. They were rude and just didn’t want to do it. They could have refunded his money, re rung the product giving him his 10% military discount but that was just too much trouble for them. Unbelievable to be treated like that on Veteran’s Day. We will not be going back to your store.
