Depends what day it is....shouldn't be that way. Some associates are GREAT and go way out of their way for you. Others just tell you they don't carry it so that they don't have to bother....then I find it there on my own or with the help of one of the GREAT associates. (And while I was on hold typing this, waiting for Garden to p/u, I got transferred back to CS 3x d/t no p/u...on the third time she disconnected me :( .
