Customer service is horrible! Management must have got their position for ignorance not professionalism. Manager is a male with painted fingernails trying to present himself as a female...go figure👎🏻🤮
We had a special order dishwasher delivered today, only to be told that the vendor couldn't install it because we had granite countertops. Home Depot never informed us that granite countertops could potentially block a vendor from installing. We waited 2 weeks for delivery and not once did Home Depot contact us to check on what type of counters we had, nor did a vendor reach out to us. I am extremely upset at the whole situation as now we are without a dishwasher!

Victoria in the washer and dryer/appliance area was very honest and very helpful. We appreciate her input on the products. She’s very nice! We look forward to working with her in the future for other things.

We just left this store without buying our intended purchase because all the check-outs were self serve. Some customers like to be checked out by a person. Only one cashier was on duty directing 6 customers to the self serve check-outs. Very poor service. Lowe's has our business because we stopped shopping at Home Depot due to this same issue over a year ago.
