Super helpful at 6:10 am, walked me all the way to the back of the store to help me find the lumber I needed, helped me load it.
Order a new hot water heater to be installed by their installation team. Installed at 1:00 . At 8:00 no hot water and they can't send a service man till 1:00 tomorrow. Are you kidding me. At least my old water heater still worked. Poor beyond belief

I would put a zero but they don't go that low. It amazes me that six different associates all involved with this transaction and all six SCREWED things up at every step. Where there was a glimmer of light on Customer Service the lack of follow thru just sucked the life out of any good intent. If I am forced to use Home Depot I will drive the 15 miles out of my way to go to the next closest. I will spend my consumer dollars somewhere else where they might actually care about the customer and customer experience.
I like being at home depot because they usually have what you need or you can improvise. If you don't pick up anything, then you go home with plenty of ideas for any project.
Horrible service! Store is empty! Asked for manager. Never saw one! Painting department has no clue what they are doing. Run far away from this store! Horrible customer service!
