We ordered a new fridge Memorial Day weekend with a delivery date of 7/10. The third party delivery driver got into an accident and no one could finish his delivery. The Third Party said they will “pull strings” to get it to us by 7/13. Today 7/13 we get a fridge with dings and doors that don’t line up. Great customer service Home Depot! NOT!
My husband goes to this home depot only when he needs something that he's sure they have and he doesn't have to interact with any employees. A few times we have gone in there and they didn't have what we were looking for and then went to Lowe's and made our purchase there.
Do not schedule an appointment for a discussion with a Home Depot "specialist" about a kitchen remodel. I waited 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time, during which I heard the "specialist" I was to meet being paged twice. He didn't show, nor did anyone else come to try to help me. I don't know about other Home Depot stores, but this one near Hulen and I-20 should be avoided. Unless you want to completely waste your time.
My dad bought a lawnmower today, forgot his military card, went back home to get it & when he checked out, they didn’t give him a discount! The clerk knew what he was buying & that he had to go back home & get his ID. #militarydiscountfail. He bought one a few years ago & they gave him a discount then. Very disappointed
Had a list of 6 things that are normal stock items. They had only two. Used the men's room, didn't flush and went to Lowe's
