I come to this location regularly for all home needs. I’ve had all positive experiences until yesterday. Yesterday and today I went to this location to buy pea pebbles for a yard project. Both times, no one asked if I needed help and no employees were anywhere to be found. I had to ask the cashier to call someone to come help me then waited for a good 10 minutes before realizing no one was coming. I ended up loading all 15 40 lb bags by myself. Dirty stores, always short-staffed and, once you find them, unhelpful employees. Bernie Marcus, you should know your brand of management doesn't compete. Your recent comments, which assumes much about HALF of your customer base, tells me everything else I need to know. I'll stay with the BLUE, if you get my drift. The company out of Wilkesboro is a much better outfit.
FYI my wrought iron door has been installed more than a year ago and it’s taking this long to have the damaged caused by install and shipping taken care of. It shouldn’t take this long to repair minor damages on a $10,000 door. Btw it still hasn’t been repaired
BIGGEST THANK YOU AND SHOUT OUT TO TWANNA at Home Depot! She was SO AMAZINGLY wonderful to us when every other department manager at the store just did not seem to care. We bought a fridge and they sent the wrong one and we were going to have to wait WEEKS to get a new fridge. After yelling at a few people and being treated rudely, Twanna came to our rescue, listened and provided us with the best customer service.
