Always someone to help you out unlike other stores I could name. You can’t spend money if you can’t locate what you want!

I made a sizable purchase that was to be delivered 7/1/19. Followed up with Home Depot several times as they were instructed to call me prior to delivery so they could have access to my garage. I received a different answer from everyone I spoke to indicating that it was already delivered, that someone refused the delivery, that they would deliver up to 8 p.m. The first two were clearly lies and I waited to 8 PM and nothing. Today my contractor show yet no supplies and I continue to wait for answers. Very disappointing.
Sign says 50% off select trees. Not one tree marked down 50%. Talked to 2 “managers “. Neither one had a clue about the sign or the trees. Headed to Lowes
Very poor customer service.
I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service there. They advertise products they don't carry in the store store. Then refuse to mark down a product that matches with the model number that is a take home today item. So in short if you want to take that product home today and don't want it delivered it'll cost you $70 more. Save yourself the grief and just go to Lowe's. I was in-and-out of there in less than 10 minutes. With the same product at the same price that home Depot was Advertising.
We recently punched carpeting from HD in Amsterdam, we had pay $35. For the measurements, told we would be reimbursed once we bought the carpet. Never reimbursed!! Than we we were told if we applied for a HD credit card there would be $100, off the price of the carpet. Wrong !!! Just got off the phone with HD, they won't make this right ! They said the salesman should have told us the $100. comes off our next purchase, well there's not going to be anymore shopping at HD. So all done with Home Depot..Lowes is down the road.
They use false advertising. Husband is a Vet...has proof on his drivers license he is a vet..and even though they say they offer a veteran discount...they don’t. I’ve talked to several people and heard this over...and over. Lowe’s gets all of our business now...they really do honor what they advertise. See ya Home Depot
