I ordered a dishwasher from home depot on my home depot credit card. The dishwasher has not been delivered, yet they are charging me for the dishwasher on the current month's bill. Unreal. Sears never billed me for anything that had not been delivered.....
I will never buy another item from HOME DEPOT. The customer service is horrible. We bought a grill . It was delivered to our home damaged. They wanted to charge us an additional fee to have someone pickup a damaged product.
I need to put this out there, your cashier Jeannie, went above and beyond for me. She is such a caring woman and so nice. You need more cashiers and employees like her. She gets ������ from this girl right here. Jeannie keep up your positive attitude you only deserve the best!
Can't say enough good things about my recent purchase of a riding mower. Assistant manager Seth took the time to help me out, and the day of pickup, Charlie the seasonal guy and Joe & Tim from rental (needed a trailer) helped me out well above and beyond what I had expected. Thanks guys!
