I'm normally nice, until you make me mad! I wanted a table from the Neshaminy home depot. I order it on Sunday. Wait 5 days, make several calls to the store and the 800#. The 800# told me I can go get the table yesterday at noon... today my order gets canceled... so, I call the store to try to figure out why, they hang up on me, I call the 800# they say the store canceled it let me reach a manager. We paid Home Depot (South Philadelphia) about $1400 weeks ago for flooring. After several false estimates, in which they actually told me they were not accurate while taking my time on the phone to give me numbers, they subsequently dropped flooring off and have failed to install it. They have also repeatedly lied about fixing the situation making promises they fail to keep. I am so far out of over $1000 and have a pile of vinyl in an apartment. No one will honestly answer or fix the situation.
This was my experience yesterday: My Platinum Water Heater is less than a year old. The Pilot Assembly went this past Saturday. Called your tech and a part can be sent which will take 4-5 Days, so I am suppose to go without hot water through the Holiday??? Now I sit on-hold for 45mins waiting to speak with a shipping representative from Rheem. Went to Home Depot and they were absolutely no help. I am so disgusted right now!
The employees were helpful and friendly. The customers there were friendly too. I had a bad experience with ignorant customers at the Home Depot by me so I will be returning to this Depot from now on.
that guy Ken in hardware is awesome.. knows where everything in the store is and can teach you to do simple repairs. he is amazing..
How I was treated and followed in the story then wanted to see my ID for 60 dollars. But two days before that I bought a item for 200 and the same girl didn’t card me then
I just left the store. after having someone paged to the plumbing department twice, nobody showed. On my way out, I saw the woman who paged for me. When I told her that nobody showed and that I guess I'd have to do my shopping at Lowe's, which is right down the road, she simply replied with "OK" and walked away.
wonderful service today. went in at 715 a.m. needed to rent a truck and get wood cut. Both the gentleman in the rental Dept and the lumber Dept. couldn't have been more nice or helpful. The gentleman in the Rental was Joe unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman man's name in lumber but he said he was the only one working today.
