STAY AWAY!! Worst customer service!! Ordered a product Wednesday with delivery scheduled for Friday and it never showed up! Call store to question the no show delivery and get transferred 3 times with no help. Show up in person and get told oh well I guess it will be delivered on Monday. Took time off work Friday and now have to take more time Monday, I should be offered some kind of reimbursement for my inconvenience however manager walked away and never responded or addressed any of my concerns. Wow...where are the Associates? Needed help in tile and even after paging. Still nobody! Off to Lowes... May31st: Stopped to pick-up a plant for a gift. The woman working at about noon outside was MISERABLE with a bad attitude. She was obviously pissed off about something and made no effort to hide it. Not a hello, kiss my ass, nothing. Once rung, not a thank you, thanks for your business, kiss my ass...not a word. Just a receipt handed to me. Boy--customer service is NOT a priority at Home Depot!
