Went to get a window well I ordered from instore pickup and they gave me a damaged product. They didn’t even bat an eye l, I had to flag the person down to see if they had another. After bringing me the wrong size he said “that’s all they had”. The fact this product even made it to a customer is shameful.

Very disappointed with Folsom location While in return line a young man was in front of me waiting for a while without a mask on The young lady serviced him as she handled his phone for the info never confronted him When I asked if why he was permitted in store without mask both workers claimed they didn’t notice with that I won’t be returning to that location
Very disappointed in the store and did not feel safe at all. No ongoing cart disinfecting or wipes available to do it yourself. Employees walking around with mask on chin or in a few cases, with the mask only over their mouth and not their nose. They're very short staffed at the moment, so I don't think anything about having to wait for assistance because of that. Checkout area not being disinfected and no wipes available to do so. Today is the third time I am waiting for a delivery. Called Ridley Home Depot and they cannot confirm BECAUSE sometimes things happen. That is just not acceptable
Went in to pick a girl that I had purchased online. they were very unhelpful at the Folsom store. I was told it would be ready May 1st. I picked up the grill on May 2nd. I had to be inventive in how to get my grill as the employees stood and watched. I patiently waited over half an hour until I decided to take my grill. I was told that my grill which was already assembled at the store would not be ready until May 6th which is a week later than the date of which the online orders had said would be ready. I have tried calling the appliance customer service line multiple times now, all with being placed on hold for an hour or longer without ANYBODY picking up the call. This is unprofessional and extremely aggravating
In this current environment they should offer free delivery, as most stores are doing. They charge $79 + tax and I only live 3 miles away.
