Home Depot sucks and i will never go there again. I tried to purchase batteries and tape measure but was not allowed to purchase. I had debit card and dl but my card has a chip. My chip doesn't work so they asked for my social. Every where i go i simply swipe my card and type in pin number that only i know but not good enough. You MUST use chip. Well i guess i must never go to home depot since you don't take simple debit and credit cards from Chase.

My thanks for cutting my shelves down. However, you did not cut them to my specifications. When I called and asked if you could cut them down another 1/8th inch, I was told affirmative, come on in. I came on in. The guy in lumber informed me, no, we can't buzz an 1/8th off the end of two pieces of shelving for you. It's too dangerous on our professional table saw. I don't know why I keep going back. Service sucks (I know why, they need to be paid enough to care and trained), and the place is a maze of mess. Last visit, I wanted a drillstop, fairly simple request when described, the guy kept showing me cordless router bits. Home Depot, train and pay your people, and maybe your customer service scores wouldn't be so embarrassingly low.

We were suppose to have a in home consult for kitchen remodel. Appointment was for 3:30 yesterday, no call no show. We will have all future remodeling needs met by Lowes. Very unprofessional, very rude.
