I had my truck crushed by a forklift and Home Depot does not want to take care of it I hope me been Mexican has nothing to do with it.
Turned away when ready to buy a few times now, a mortal sin of retail. The last time was lack of fans in late spring. Seriously?!
Horrible service. They made many mistakes with my blinds. Talked to manager, he said he would handle and call me. NEVER got call back. I had to call them again not day. Horrible service.
Raheed from the Delridge Way Home Depot went out of his way to search the isles and hunt down my cart which had my purse in it when I took off with another person's cart by mistake. THAT is EXEMPLARY customer service!!!! Thank you thank you thank you Raheed. The world needs more people like you in it <3 <3
