The floor management Bob is very disrespectful. Home depot people are really rude... We will never go to a home depot ever!!! The people at lowes are nicer and always there to help unlike the people from home depot. When u press a button for help you will wait for 5 min and nobody comes. At lowes they help you sooner then 3 min.
Went in to purchase a new washing machine Saturday 7/19/14. Young lady working in the appliance department was so rude. I told her I wanted to purchase the LG model and take it home with me. I was told (without her verifying in a computer) that the store didn't have that model in stock and that the store doesn't keep the "expensive" models in stock.
