Was there last night @9 Slow customer services who don’t know procedures! Maybe you should send them to New Smyrna Beach FL for training! That stuff wouldn’t fly there at all!
I actually left my wallet in a buggy in the parking lot. Very honest young kid employee returned it with cash, cards and all...i gave him the cash. It was refreshing...customer service ehhh not so much

This store has he worst possible customer service!!! Nobody wants to help. A lot of employees walking around doing nothing!!!! No truck to rent and the other rental they have is not in the system! Who runs this shit hole store?
