I had a pretty Shitty experience here. Let’s see if they fix it.
Never ever ever buy carpet or flooring from here!!!! It took two month s to get an install date. Then when "they" shoed up it was one guy. (he worked his ass off) but job was not done. We were moving in the next day. Paid moving company and labor. Had to cancel everything as the house wasn't ready due to their fuck up. Cost me a bunch of money and I have no home in 5 days because mine was sold. As of now no answer as to how they will Take care of this. I am so pissed off. DON'T BUY From Them!!!!!!!!!!!
Not feeling very secure shopping in a store that has a "concealed weapon is okay by us" policy. Sorry but I'll shop elsewhere until you put up signs saying NO WEAPONS ALLOWED. Not everyone should own guns and if Sunset Hills is such a dangerous neighborhood where folks feel the need to protect themselves then I'll just stay out of South County in general.
I broke my $25 Milwaukee tape measure, and drug it through the mud. Brought it to the store with no receipt and they not only gave me a new one with no hassle, but I convinced them to give me the two pack since it was buy one get one. Don't know if it was my infectious charm, Christmas magic, or just excellent customer service. Maybe all 3. Thanks Home Depot!!!
