Ordered an item online and this was the closest store it would ship to. Received a phone call stating I need to call 2hrs prior which I did. Pulled up and it took them 40min to find my order. So glad I called ahead like they asked.....
Sunset home depot is the worst the managers are unresponsive they do nothing they all need to find new managers with good work ethics that are good in customer service are close it down. Never shop here.
Trying to get my basement floor installed and since they have gotten my money they have not cared at all about the customer. I had to call the contract company and schedule my own installation. Then I said I wanted my materials delivered... that was not setup. Told them what days I was available for delivery then they scheduled it on a different day. When I left a message about the mistake I told them to call my husband as I would be at work....so who do they call back...me. Was told I would be given a time frame for deliver... read more
Because they are not enforcing people wearing masks. If I am not protected in your business then you won't get mine. I have a right to life. Take down all your bogus signs that say Masks required to enter, because that's obviously a joke. Won't be back.
There are signs EVERYWHERE saying masks are REQUIRED for entry. I was there for literally 7-10 minutes and watched a half a dozen folks just casually walk in without masks, another half a dozen folks, not to mention some of the CASHIERS, already in the store, also unmasked. There was someone cutting people off from entering due to the number of people in the store, yet no one said a WORD about the lack of masks. So I'm confused. Are the signs just for show? Never been so disrespected and threatened at a store in my entire life. Jones C, has this guy cleared a background check? The head manager Steve didn't respond well to the situation. I will be canceling my commercial accounts at Home Depot.
