Normally I love home depot and the staff on Halls Ferry but for whoever is the store manager I would immediately replace your entire appliance department. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from adults working anywhere. They talk over you and just say no, no, no. Unbelievable and you guys lost our business on washers and dryers because of this.
Friendly staffers ! The gentleman in lumber working the saw today was awesome.. had a bunch of multiple meticulous cuts to do for a number of customers back to back including myself and he knocked it out one at a time and was very professional and polite !!
I went there last Sunday to buy a patio door and paid for the measuring and estimate to install .. the guy came out last Wednesday to measure. he said someone from home depot would call in the next couple of days.. never called. I went up there in person to find out what the estimate was and it was double what was quoted... never called me he said they were short handed and that's why he didnt call.. he also said the threshold is bigger on the French doors than the pato doors so that's where the extra labor was they had to c... read more
I used store pickup for a couple of items. When I got there I had to still wait in line (even though my items were already paid for). They had to search the store for them and turned out they didn’t have my items in stock. I had to choose a substitute which is fine but I should have been notified prior to showing up and waisting my time. The manager even got involved and never once addressed me personally he just pretended as if I wasn’t standing in front of him putting his employees in an awkward situation.
We went to the Home Depot Ladies Night and had a blast. We learned lots of new things and got to see many new products. Freebies and refreshments. What a great night and a great idea. I will go to this Home Depot More often Everyone was so nice.
Customer service is great they know there store, could use more employees. I love the great deals will continue to visit HOME DEPOT and share my experience with friends�.
Staff was friendly, everything was easy to find. Bonus, got to see loss prevention run around and catch a dope fiend stealing so I also got free entertainment while there.
Went to order doors for my rooms in april, waited 1 hour for help, they said they where short staff,is that my fault , it took a few weeks to have them measure, then it took till July 6 to install. They brought out one screen door 3 bedroom doors, 2 bathroom doors, they sent the wrong screen door, the bathroom doors where wrong, they left the 2 wrong doors here for days till they picked them up now they are telling me it's going to be 4 to 6 more weeks to get my doors made, and then another 4 weeks to get them installed this... read more
