Terrible don't buy windows from homedepot very cheap I bought 2nd to the cheapest they look terrible and had so many problems with install I tried to get it resolved I am hoping the CEO sees this I would love to talk to him very DISAPPOINTED! $9,000 worth of junk
I only wish I could post a picture with this review. I asked for a couple 2x4s to be cut to 5' height for me. When the lumber associate brought the pieces up to me, they were horrible! Chunks missing out of wood, cracked and I think half rotted. I guess since I was a girl, he figured he could pass off the worst pieces to me. .. and once he brought them up front, they were already cut, so no refusing or refunds. Complete dissatisfaction with this experience
I am leaving this review for an awesome employee. His name is Devin and he works in the lumber department, sporting the super cool Deadpool apron. He has helped my husband and I out a couple times, but this past time he really went above and beyond to help up with a project we have been wanting to do for a very long time. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Give this guy a raise! Thanks again Devin, our mantle looks fabulous!
