Whatever company/contractor they use to deliver appliances, should be fired. We paid for installation, kits, hoses for our new dishwasher, but only received the dishwasher. The guy who delivered it was rude. He wanted us to sign for delivery before we inspected the appliance. It was still in the box. I had a horrible experience buying carpet from them. I ordered carpet in January that I needed installed before April 10th. after about 3 weeks they informed me there was not enough if the carpet fir my order. I had to reorder after several weeks I was informed they were not making that color any more. I had to reorder.
