Clean it. The Arnold store is filthy, the manager is supposedly never in, and the customer service sucks. I asked an associate (wearing that ugly orange apron) standing and talking to his buddy if they had handles for sliding patio doors. He pointed to a bunch of them at the top of the shelf and said, "There they are." and walked off. How was I supposed to reach that? Don’t use Home Depot for your carpet purchase. They use a third party group of installers and they do a horrible job!!! They damaged my closet doors, didn’t clean up, and even forgot to cut open a vent. The “free” carpet instillation is a crock...you get what you pay for...not a professionally done job.
This store is absolutely the worst. Go to any other Home Depot but this one. Same problem Carpet warranty issues three weeks later can't even get a print out of the estimate. Constant phone tag with Karen and no details just call me back. What a scam.
