I went into this store today 7-2-20. They didn’t really have what I needed or let’s say could not find it. Their sale add was very misleading. I purchased over $400 worth of merchandise. I am disabled so it took me awhile to get the stuff out to my car and loaded into my car. All of a sudden I look up and a worker is taking a picture of my license plate and me. Home Depot gives poor service to disable vet
Will never step foot in a Home Depot again. On our estimate, removal of carpet was included. The day the installers arrived, Home Depot wanted $1,800 more for removal of carpet. Even though it was in our estimate. They were unwilling to give us a break or even meet in the middle for a mistake on their end. I assure you I will spend way more than $1,800 on home improvements, but it will be at Lowe’s or our local home repair store. Never again will Home Depot get our money, especially the one in south county in St. Louis.
I run a business. I was scheduled to have over 3000 sq ft of flooring delivered today. Was here at 6am. Leaving at 5pm. NO Show, I had called 4 times and stopped by the store once. Sherry was cool about trying to help, but no success. Delivery company tried several times to get a hold of the drivers, but said they couldn't. HOW CAN A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY BUSINESS NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEIR DRIVERS? Was told the paperwork says they can deliver up to 8pm. Was never told this when I purchased the product.
My husband and I went early Sunday morning to look at appliances before it got busy. We wre met by Walter, the sweetest man. Walter was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very nice. He told us he was 91!!! We never would have guessed that either!! Anyway, Walter comes highly recommended! If you are looking for appliances. go see Walter! He deserves way more than a pat on the back. He was THE BEST appliance person we have ever felt with!! Thank you Walter!!
The Arnold Home Depot is an incredible store to meet all your needs for any home improvement project. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and is always willing to spend whatever amount of time is need to assistance and help each customer. One stand out department is the electrical department. The Associate in this department are amazing. Their knowledge and abilities to get each customer the right product and advice is amazing.
