We bought a dishwasher three months ago. Were told if we had our own plumber install we void warranty so we went with their's and paid a handsome price for it. 22 days later, our floor in our $800K home was bubbled up. Installer was provided no training and failed to put the coupler on the water line. So it leaked under floor for 22 days. Filed a claim with their insurance company promptly. Sedgewick. Mid. Hit or miss with staff.
Almost always have what I need for whatever project im working on. I prefer buying local and from specialty shops but its hard to beat the reliability of Home depot's selction. I encourage people to call local shops to find products but know that HD most likely has a supplement to any project in stock or you can order it online. I have had many issues ordering online though. Sometimes an item arrives next day, sometimes it gets lost for a month in transit and I have to go into HD and have customer service clear it up and ref... read more
