While trying to do a return on a work order, they refused to look up the customers name. The seem bothered, out of four people working on returns, two simply walked away and the last one left said he didn't have access to work orders database. I've been in the process of remodeling a house so yes, some things have been returned, we haven't had hardly any problems doing so, the entire staff was beyond lazy.
