Went in for some inexpensive paint the associate gave me the most expensive one. When I realized it was not what I asked I asked my contractor to take it back and get another brand, they refused to give him an exchange I called the store to soeak to the manger and after telling him what happened it took me a while to settle this. I couldn't believe the kid that helped me how he stright out lied!!!!! Come on give me a break who goes into a store and ask for the most expensive of anything. Switching to Lowe's for DIY stuff due to unacceptably offensive, aggressive, and derogatory Solar City reps. It's one thing to have an information booth (marketing), its another thing to follow you around the store (sales). The reps do not know the difference between sales and marketing. I live in a condo, I told Devon the rep from Solar City that, he still persisted. Once again, Home Depot is derailing their own enterprise. I came in today looking for the Star Laser Christmas projector only to find out that the POPULAR item was sold out. Everywhere. Jeff in customer service mentioned that he had seen one somewhere and offered to check for me by the end of his shift. I called to late and he had already gone home. About an hour later, he called me because he had gone back to the store and FOUND ONE! Jeff went out of his way to provide an exceptional customer service experience and I am so thankful!
