The Home Depot by my house is trash. Terrible people. Rude af and lazy. Ordered a simple charcoal bbq for pick up with assembly at 1530 said two hour pick up. it’s now a hour before closing and after 3 phone calls to them with nothing but rude people and different excuses and then the last one says well it won’t be done by today? It’s a charcoal bbq people. So I called the help line. And they called the store and the stores excuse to them was the guy who assembles bbqs work Fridays. Thank You #HomeDepot store #6965 for your help today DECEMBER 2nd= 23 days before Christmas. I needed another strand of icicle lights but was told by your associate that you are completely out and that no other shipments are coming in. I guess I will have to start shopping for CHRISTMAS lights in SEPTEMBER when you start putting your fall decorations out. That lot attendant David, he's awesome. Very helpful, professional and always courteous.
I needed some 2×10sx 8' and some metal frames to hold them in place for a raised bed. John helped me pick out the pieces and Nanette lent me her tape measure to be sure they would fit in my car. Then, I pulled my car up and yet another person was there ready to load my Prius. Thank you Home Depot in Orange on Tustin Ave for your excellent customer service!
Waited 30 mins for Dave in the appliance section. Never showed finally a guys shows up only to get on the phone to chat with who knows He then walks always comes back asks if we want a microwave and pages dave. I said never mind. We are leaving. Guy yelling at us I got someone. Still just left.
