They could start by putting the customer first. I've had to come back several times to get someone to schedule an appointment for my door frame to be measured so I can order a new door. It's been 2 months and still no one has measured my door. Each time I go there or call its another apology and excuse. Horrible way to do business.

I don’t understand why Home Depot would display that this drill/driver kit comes with a case when all they have is a duffel bag! I asked the the manager and the parts guy and they looked at me like I was the crazy one and all they can say is “so you want it or not?” I am very disappointed in Home Depot’s customer service and improper display of their sale items. I just can’t believe how a simple problem couldn’t be rectified properly. These are the reasons online shopping is growing and retail store fronts are dying. No help... read more
Does anyone know if this store was a former Super Kmart Center location?
Horrible customer service and a waste of my time. Their staff needs to be properly trained before I o there again.
