Went there to go find my missing marble I thought I dropped there and they led me to the kitchen area and pointed to some counters. Nice stuff, still haven't found my marble though.
Fall 2015 - my cheap home windows needed to be replaced, especially since my picture window was growing beautiful bacterial cultures between the panes. Because I could go in-store and not have to call around, leave messages and do scheduling myself, I ended up spending several hundred dollars (~$1000) extra at Home Depot. Over the past few months we have bought all new kitchen appliances as well as a washer and dryer. I have to say that the appliance department went above and beyond in service. Their customer service as well as one of the managers Dianne was nothing but top notch. Unfortunately we will think twice about further purchases from there due to their contracted delivery company XPO delivery. Not only did we have beyond poor customer service but the customer service rep was verbally abusive.
Store is always very clean. Employees are more than helpful and will go out of their way to help. Love that place!
