Amber, at the customer service desk was a rock star, 5 star performance. She bought what we looking for up on line, turned the screen around so we could view the details of the item purchased. She even ordered it on line for us to have it delivered at our apartment. I value employees who take time with customers and not like my Home Depot where I need to send out an S O S on my GPS to find someone to assist me. Amber is a great attribute to your team at the South Grand Prairie Store. Think I found a new store to shop at.
You find what you’re looking for and the staff are very kind
Ordered 6 wooden crates online paid and and told to pickup at the Grand Prairie Store on Nov. 1st. On Nov. 2 received a call that they didn’t have what I ordered. This is the second time I have ordered online paid only to be told they DON’T have them. Horrible customer service.

My daughter attends the kids workshop, she just completed her 5th project, Ms. Weavie is so awesome at what she does for the kids, she greets ever parent along with their kids she has such a bright smile. My daughter always looks forward to the first Saturday of every month. Thank you so much for having these workshops for the kids.
