!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!! Don't expect a carpet install to go smoothly. The homie depot uses a series of contractors for the "free installation" gimmick. Getting someone to show up when they say they will, and equipped to do the job has be futile so far. I really wish you could do a -5 rating.... absolutely frustrating to no end.... I'm positive a locally owned store would be 10 times bettrr.
We were there for their kids workshop this time. So much fun. They are awesome
We just had the best customer service at the Albany Home Depot. Seriously.... We had an issue with a big purchase and Adam (along with Chris and Kye (sp?)) totally stepped up and helped us out. We are so impressed! Lowe's may come to town, but WE will be shopping at Home Depot!!
