Horrible experience.. So disorganized and dirty! Had to drive around the parking lot for 15 minutes to get a spot because so many illegal immigrants and there families parked in cars ! Won't go back again!
Pretty decent selection and stocking. Competence of staff is spotty. Custom order windows were not specified by them correctly, crating a 6 week nightmare to fix. They also failed to provide options (I realized later we would have picked completely different door hardware). Recently they kept me waiting 1 hour just to pick up something I ordered online (and already paid for). Staff was nice about it but still kept not communicating with each other to fix the problem.
Was walking around the lumber department for 15 mins before I went to another department for help. That person paged someone twice. Then a young lady was heading to the front of the store and she paged 2 people by name...no one ever came. I took my money to OSH. In 30 minutes I got everything I needed including my lumber being measured and cut.
But i double charge i item of 9 dollars didn't notice until i was home. � sad and it been raining to go back to do or say something....
First they give me attitude on my initial trip in when asking a question. 2nd I go home and order online, schedule when to pick up (be it a few hours later) and they don't have it ready. Online they said they had 42 cases of what I needed. At store now and claim they just found the pallet. Very annoyed with their service, professionalism and inability to delivery.
Can you please open up some registers. The wait time is starting to cost money. You should be happy there is no Lowe's near by.
