Not enough customers service on the floor. It took awhile to do a transaction and to get the item off the shelves. Ugh!��
Recently tried to buy a washer / dryer but they have outsourced delivery and installation to TEMCO. If you live in an older home, save time and frustration and do not order from them. They send incompetent installers to the house and refused to deliver or haul away the old machine!
The Home Depot sells a great deal of LED light bulbs, but will not accept the used ones for recycling. A few days ago I took several CFL bulbs and a couple of LEDs to the Home Depot's drop off recycling bin. An employee saw me drop them off and removed the LEDs from the bin and made me take them beck. They will only accept CFLs (everyone specializes). I asked how I could get rid of LEDs and was told to take them to Ace hardware in San Francisco.
