Every time I come to this store/location I swear it will be my last. Tonight is my LAST time shopping there. The customer service is pathetic - not an employee in sight ... then you have to bother someone to put down their Pepsi to check you out with rude manners Never. Again.
From 12:10pm-12:35pm you had 3 employees hiding out in the men restroom using their phones so customers couldn't use it. You could see the orange home depot aprons hanging out, and when asked what was taking so long none bothered to answer or come out.. There was an older gentlemen with a Walker waiting in there as well for the 25 minutes. My fiancée gave up after 25 minutes and we left the store without purchasing what we came for so we could go home and use the restroom. Horrible.
I’m writing this on my wife’s Facebook because I don’t have one, anyway I am a Vietnam Veteran served in the war for my country. I have been a Home Depot customer for 20 plus years, today I go in a Home Depot in Sarasota, Fl. the lady rings up my items came to $141.00 so I showed her my military card and she said we only take active or retired cards. � So I told her I didn’t want the items and went to Lowe’s where they appreciate veterans. First there was Julie in kitchens. So nice. So good at what she does. Then today, I had Kevin in tiles (they're ALL great in the tile dept); and then Noel in Customer Service. She was so sweet that if I won lottery, I'd want to give her a cut. People like Noel are WHY I shop Home Depot. She should do TV commercials for you guys. Seriously.
Good store, little compact though, but they make the very best of the space. Friendly people.
