Employees are no help whatsoever twice I’ve had dealings with Dave in plumbing he just points you to approximately where you should go and that’s it and walks away. Why pay him to be there he’s hurting your business more than he helps that trust me because I won’t go back there for plumbing parts rather go to a supply house and pay a little more and get what I need the first time without me trying to guess what I need
Over a year and my impact windows not finished. Communications are poor, they say they will get back to me and they never do. NOT HAPPY

I can't get anyone to call me from the local Sarasota Home Depot store on a flooring order that I placed 3 weeks ago! When I call I get placed on hold forever and then hung up on. Can someone please call as I am a customer that needs assistance! When I called the 800 number the customer service person said that they couldn't help me that I had to call the local store. Love the Kids Craft Days!
I am a truck driver. My biggest complaint....it's a major pain to manuever getting into the docks. Very narrow in the back. They put pallets where our trailers would swing and turn. You can not make wide turns at all. Basically you have wiggle yourself into the docks. Inside the store.... You're better off Google everything about your project prior to going in. Employees are not the sharpest tools in the shed there. They are not quick to come to your aide much either. So know ahead of time what you need and how to do it. Tha... read more
