Shout out to Kelsey at the Customer Service Desk! I rented a trailer about 6 weeks ago, and after combing through my credit card bill, I realized I was never refunded my initial deposit. I didn't have my receipt, and Kelsey looked through the sales contracts to find mine. She also called me back and left me a voicemail to let me know that my refund had been processed. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!
Been trying to get special order material from them for over 3 weeks now to finish a project. They are incredibly incompetent. I ordered material, and first time it came imcomplete, second time ordered they gave it to another customer, 3rd time ordered they tell me its been delayed and they forgot to expedite....so now I am told if will get here soon.
