HELP!!! IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS AND STILL NO DECISION ON REPALCEMENT OF OUR CLOTHES WASHER. I am dealing with Home Depot Warranty on a GE washing machine. My wife and I had our best experience ever in a store of this type. Cara was extremely helpful and patient with our questions, and she introduced us to other associates. We purchased quite a few things for our new house. I'm sure we will be back in frequently. The employees there seem like family.
Good luck getting appliances you order. They cancelled on my delivery and it may be a week before I can even schedule to receive it now. I have been making calls nonstop. This experience has been awful.
Appalling service. Will never buy another appliance from Home Depot. Finally cancelled order after several weeks of confusion and time off from work for no reason. If I could give them a minus rating I would. Buyer beware.
The people are so helpful and the girls love doing the kids workshops the first Saturday of every month!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!
