Originally bought two custom doors for a house I was in the process of getting ready to put on the market. Doors were purchased in April with an estimated time of two weeks to arrive. They took 4-5 weeks to arrive, and one door came broken. A custom door that takes a month to wait for came damaged. Still waiting for that reordered door after the house was both put on the market AND sold. Why am I still waiting for a single door? Great place...I drive from Austel just because of great customer service
My Favorite Home Depot Store ever, I always try to stop in on Monday and Tuesday mornings about 6:15am, they always have the coffee ready, of course I always have a project and plans to talk about with one of their smart and responsible associates, Steve the store manager always greeting with a smile and John always running around trying to put a project or display together, all of the associates very friendly and make me feel at home, then I see Ester and have go speak to her on leaving have to bragg on Angie, Lisa, AND Gab... read more
If you want to huddle up with associates at 9:00 am on a Saturday and talk football, and get nothing accomplished. I highly recommend this location. Otherwise avoid this store like the plague. I went to CS signed for my order, was instructed to go to the Pro Services entrance. ( didn’t find a pro in HD attire) when I asked where I pick up my vanity tub and med. cabinet the associate thumbed toward a gaggle of me. Dad got put on hospice yesterday, he’s coming home to spend his last days with family today... we had to immediately convert the dining room to a hospital bed-friendly area, one item meant swapping the chandelier to a flush mount fixture, needless to say a late night trip to HD and another early this morning for good measure, we’re up and running and ready for pops... thanks for your help and for having the stuff we needed on hand 👍
