I'm a nat'l CBS radio & TV host told by Depot they credited my credit card 4 weeks ago when they didn't. This after they destroyed a cabinet trying to install a dishwasher I stupidly purchased there. Twice I've been told their COS Angela would call me right back when she put me on hold, promising to call back immed. if her line went dead which of course it did. Went over with my dad for sink stuff. And the gentleman that helped out was great. Super nice... knew exactly what we needed... the ladies at the self checkout was super friendly as well.
The Manager (Lionel Stevens---He stated) at this store is a complete Asshole, who has no Customer's service skill or respect. He isn't professional and uses obscene languages. Absolutely disgusted with his behavior to customers.!!! Disappointed that Home Depot has someone like him representing their name as a manager.!!!!
Bought washer and dryer here it was a week late delivering. We were screwed around by the sales lady and the manager "Dennis" who will not return my calls I have left multiple message when the finally delivered the other day I had to refuse because The dryer was trashed when I called the store back I was told by the sales lady in appliances that it was NOT there problem because It's a 3rd party delivery I have left several messages for manger to call and have NOT received any feed back.
