I just had $646.42 charged on a fraudulent card at this store. I live in and am currently in McAllen. TX. I have not been to Dallas in 20 years. the Manager John is a poor excuse for a member of leadership. I totally understand that there is a proper way to dispute fraud, but I also know that being a leader means knowing when to show a little EMPATHY. BAD MANAGEMENT by the STORE MANAGER and poorly staffed! NEVER enough help, the poor employees are paying for it and well as the customers! ONE PERSON to run a busy area is pathetic! ALSO from what I've seen, THIS STORE doesn't Comply with the State MANDATE for COVID. I Will NOT be back!
Clean your parking lot up! It looks like a tornado blew thru and left trash and broken glass everywhere. Absolutely disgusting!!
Created an On-line order for pick up. I never received a notice first pick up. I arrived at the store EARLY ( b4 7:30am) waited an hour and its still not ready. I was patient and not complaining when an employee went out of heevway to demand I get service. Thanks to Alex at the service desk I was able to get my order and great customer.
with all that is going on home depot is the place to go, the employees are always willing to help you find what you are looking for.
came in to rent a ladder and was in and out in 10 min . great customer service .
