This store is filled with nothing but lazy and rude employees. Just went in to purchase drywall and asked for assistance loading into my truck. After 5 attemps at asking an employee to call someone, I finally just loaded it myself. I'm going to Lowe's from now on when I need any material for my home renovation.
Tried using the Pick Up in Store at Highland Heights. Fail. The website said there were 12 ceiling fixtures in stock. My on-line order was cancelled with no reason provided. I went to the store and sure enough, there were 12 in stock. So much for convenience. The manager was horrible. First she said they must have just put the box out on the floor. Nope! This might be the worst store I've ever shopped at. Their employees have absolutely no knowledge of anything HOME related. As a hardware store, Most times they do not even carry the most simple hardware items. My opinion stay away from this store. Every time I go in their I regret it. I was forced to give them one star. They deserve zero stars.
For the third time this year I have gotten broken or missing parts from items from the store with a response from staff rudeness when I get back into this store including from the store managers I will never shop here again nor spend my money worst experience ever even Walmart is better believe it or not
